Custom Pool or Patio Sling Replacements:

Here in Pennsylvania we have had repeat customers come back to us after 7 or 12 years. And now after 2008, when we went online offering these product across the US, we are finding customers there coming back after about that same time. Some of these are customers with slings they purchased from us. What we find is that the slings have held up well 7 to 12 years but have faded a bit from the sun and are showing some wear, or they simply want a different design fabric.  We have confidence in the fabrics and thread we use and the way we produce quality replacement slings paying attention to detail. We have found that due to harsh chemicals used to attempt to clean furniture or other unknown factors of wrong use we must limit the warranty. We warranty our high-tensile strength UV protected thread to hold under normal residential use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase (Commercial use slings are covered for 1 year). And for our slings, we not only warranty the thread but also all our replacement slings fabrics are warranted under normal residential use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (Commercial use sling use is covered for 1 year). This covers the sling fabrics regarding them pulling apart or tears occurring under normal residential use only. This does not cover damage occurring during DIY installation, any chemical or heat damage, tears or damage which may occur from sharp objects puncturing the fabric, heavy objects falling on the fabric, or any acts of God .
